DANDI Hub (retired)

DANDI Hub, the JupyterHub instance at hub.dandiarchive.org, was retired in August 2026. The service is no longer available, and all user data stored on it has been deleted.

What to use instead

Example notebooks are published at notebooks.dandiarchive.org and can be run locally or in Google Colab. They are maintained in the dandi/example-notebooks repository.

To analyze DANDI data, see Accessing data. Data can be streamed directly from the archive without downloading it, which works from a local machine or any cloud environment.
